“The Story of Ruth”

The Academy of Arts traveling drama ministry program will be presenting “The Story of Ruth” on July 1st at 6:30 PM. This is a FREE event open to the public at Harmony Baptist Church, 746 Hawkinson Ave, Galesburg, IL.

When Ruth the Moabitess leaves all to follow her mother-in-law, Naomi, to the land of Israel, a story unfolds like nothing Ruth or Naomi could have ever imagined. Watch as the timeless story of redemption is brought to life by The Academy of Arts Summer Drama Team and be encouraged by the great love of our wonderful Savior for all mankind!

Founded in 1971, the Academy of Arts exist to train and inspire the next generation of servant leaders to properly use the powerful tool of communication for others’ good and God’s glory. The Academy lives out this vision through their multi-faceted organizations which includes The Logos Theatre, a Christian Conservatory, 2 traveling ministry to 13 states, a professional film company, Venture Films, and supplying classes and training for all ages “MAKING THE BIBLE COME ALIVE.”
