Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Illinois

Be Cool. Take the Galesburg Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics Illinois athletes across the state, helping to provide them with life-changing programming. This includes year-round training and competition, as well as leadership, personal development, and health education opportunities. This year’s event at Lake Storey Beach in Galesburg is Sunday, February 26, and will be hosted by the Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run.

• REGISTRATION IS FROM 12:30-1:45 P.M.
• COSTUME CONTEST ON THE BEACH AT 1:45 P.M.
• PLUNGE IS AT 2 P.M.
