Monmouth Fly-In Breakfast

The Monmouth Flying Club will host its 51st annual fly in breakfast July 4th at the Municipal Airport in Monmouth, IL from 7-10:30am.

Typically hosting nearly 100 airplanes and serving over 1200 meals, the event has become an area tradition. The menu features eggs cooked to order, ham, hash browns, sausage gravy, toast, fruit, donuts, coffee and orange juice.

Cost is $8 for adults and $6 for children ages 6-12. There is no charge for children ages 5 and under. Advance tickets are available at the discounted rate of $7 for adults and $5 for children. Fly-ins receive priority service with a free breakfast for the pilot in command. Advance tickets are available at the airport, at City Hall, from Monmouth area banks, or from club members. Airplane rides will be offered by JetAir, at a cost of $25 per person.
