This event has been moved from the original riverfront location in downtown Burlington due to the recent flooding. The concert is now going to take place in the Westland Mall parking lot in West Burlington.

Granger Smith, featuring Earl Dibbles, Jr., takes to the stage in West Burlington, Iowa, on Friday, June 21, 2019, with special guests Mitchell Tenpenny and HARDY. This is an outdoor event in the Westland Mall parking lot.
