Two Trains Running
Wednesday, March 26 @ 7:00 pm

TWO TRAINS RUNNING is the 1960s chapter of acclaimed playwright August Wilson’s American Century Cycle, a decade-by-decade saga of African American life in the 20th century. This fully designed, fully staged production from The Acting Company is part of the first-ever tour authorized by the Wilson estate.
Set in Civil Rights era-Pittsburgh, Two Trains Running tells the story of restaurant owner Memphis Lee and his host of regulars, searching for work, love, and justice as their neighborhood changes in unpredictable ways. Accessible, heartfelt, and hilarious, Two Trains Running is a lyrical tale of reinvention and reclamation: of finding out where you belong and how to take your place in the world.
